This Jamaican company has only the best on our catering team. Our executive is complemented by a super team of talented individuals who work arduously to make sure your event is everything you dreamed of and beyond. We are able to provide for any small or large event.
AllSpice has experience with intimate gatherings, as well as large, national sporting events and corporate gatherings. Nothing is beyond our scope.
Our principal, Janette Stephens, is a trained teacher and Jill of many trades. Her passion for food comes from her love to feed and care for her family and the many people that passed through her hands as a teacher.
The Décor Extraordinaire of the AllSpice Team she has the talent and the vision to breathe life into your design dreams.
Our Executive Chef, Rory Montaque, is a classically trained chef. He adds to the AllSpice mix a wealth of knowledge having a field of experience spanning Ritz-Carlton and Sandals hotel chains and country clubs across the United States.
His attention to detail and vast flavor profile make him the ideal candidate for your culinary needs.
Our Executive Sous Chef, Janelle Montaque, completes the top tier of our allspice mix.
She is a classically trained chef
who has the prefect fusion of the theoretical and practical aspects of the business. She is also our resident pastry chef
Our Chef de Partie, Andrea Baxter is a traditionally trained cook and is talented as she is versatile.
She has vast experience in the service industry having started out as a food server but has transitioned seamlessly as a culinary professional.
